Applications and enquiries will be acknowledged promptly.

Project files will be established for those applications which meet the Foundation's current funding interests; after comprehensive staff review, each application will be tabled for consideration at the next meeting of the Board of Directors at which the applicant may be requested to make a formal presentation.

All applicants will be notified of the Board's decision following its review.

All Board decisions are final, and reasons will not normally be given when the application is not approved.

Approved applicants will be accountable to the Foundation for the disposition of the grant funds received.
